JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for interfacing with customers to handle service inquiries and problems. Establish company guidelines on servicing and repairs/returns; examine customer problems and implement appropriate corrective action to initiate repair, return or field servicing; and maintain logs, records and files. Refers more complex repairs and services to higher level personnel.
The selected candidate shall be responsible for providing Local Area Networks/Systems Administration to load, configure, integrate, upgrade, and maintain the closed local training network, hardware, operating systems and application software in use by simulation/simulator systems at the Clarke Simulation Center used in support of MC training and exercises (integrated and immersive) in an Live, Virtual, Constructive:Gaming (LVC:G) environment.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
: Associates Degree or equivalent and 3 years' experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
: All candidates' resumes must depict having comprehensive knowledge and expertise as a: 3 years' experience and have in:depth knowledge of MC and ABCS required
: One (1) years of documented experience in Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Elastic Sky X (ESX), Elastic Sky X improved (ESXi), VMware Data Recovery, ThinApp, and View.
: Knowledge or certification equivalent to CCNA for Cisco type network equipment
: Literacy of computers with Windows operating system
: Literacy in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
: Literacy in the use of the English Language (speech, reading and writing at the 12th grade level)
: Literacy in record keeping.
: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
