Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Leave a long-lasting, positive impression with every customer by providing your expert travel recommendations
Build customer relationships by taking 1 - 2 inbound calls per hour
Be the “go to” Travel Professional your customers need by proactively following up
Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner
Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions as needed
Continue to learn by completing travel certifications

We are looking for:
Passion for sales and the ability to overcome sales objections; sales experience required
Ability to delight customers and create a WOW experience
Absolutely amazing phone presence and written communication skills
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we’re selling fun!
Super tech savvy; strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office
Self-management mastery – can stay on top of key tasks and ask for help when needed
Thirst for learning and ability to fully participate in our 6 week on-boarding and training program
Available to work full-time (35-45 hrs./week) based on business needs
We need to be here when our customers need us! Our Travel Professionals need to be available to work a schedule including nights and weekends between the hours of 9 a.m. EST and 3 a.m. EST, including holidays. Your scheduled hours and days off will change every 12 weeks within this time frame in order for us to best service our customer. (Please note that hours of availability are subject to change depending on hire date.)
Must be able to provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions, high speed internet connection, and a separate phone land line (not over the internet) dedicated to this position (see work at home page for more details). Please note this home office must not be in the same residence as another current World Travel Holdings at home employe
