My husband and I are looking for someone to rent out one of our rooms in our 3 bedroom house. There is only one bathroom. There is also a nice sized living room, dining room, and an office/craft room. We have an acre of land and two sheds in the backyard. We do have two well-behaved children, but they are here only on weekends. There is a queen size box spring and mattress in the room if you are in need of a bed, if not we'll just put it in one of the storage sheds. My husband and I both work full time. We are very laid back and friendly and understanding people. As far as rent goes, it is $450 a month. We can discuss utilities. If you are looking for long term, we can certainly write up a lease agreement for you. If you are looking for month to month, are wanting to pay weekly we can discuss that as well. We are somewhat flexible on the price and agreements, we just need some ASAP. Preferably before or by the start of the year.
