I'm needing a room-mate for a nice 2BR apartment with 1Bathroom in a nice South-side location. The complex has a very well lit parking lot for your vehicle in a good neighborhood. You'll have your own private bedroom. The apartment is within minutes from a local hospital. Walking distance to local grocery store. I have living room furniture, washer and dryer. All that you would have to provide is your bedroom suite/furniture. I am looking for a mature individual who will clean up after themselves and is trust worthy, doesn't party a lot and isn't too loud.
