My company has 3 Real Estate experienced Virtual Assistants ready to get to work. We were performing investment analysis on properties which our client would then submit to a hedge fund company for a commission. We can perform market analysis for rental price, peak value (from xxxx - xxxx), & determine market value.
We currently provide data entry and web research to clients in the USA. Mostly, we are experienced in the real estate industry working with RE agents, brokers, and investors in Central Florida. We currently perform various tasks such as Data Entry, Data Analysis, RE Investment analysis/ Research, Craigslist Postings, Docusign, Salesforce/CRM entry, Emailing leads, Tax research, & HOA research.
Some of our clients are RE professionals based in the Orlando area. I can foresee a problem arising as we have been given insight into their competitive advantages so it is best for our company to branch out before a conflict arises.

No Contracts! We only ask for a deposit of $250 or an equivalent amount to what you project your VA to work every 2 week time period. Payments are made thru paypal or direct bank deposit so you will control the release of funds. There are no automatic withdrawals on your account.
