Job Description
Perform move-in/move-out inspections with tenants.
Obtain estimates for work necessary to prepare a residence for rent.
Coordinate with property owners for approval on property maintenance.
Monitor available funds on accounts utilized for property maintenance.
Ensure vendors complete maintenance in a satisfactory manner.
Show by-appointment-only properties to prospective tenants.
Place rental signs at available properties.
Take photographs of properties for company website.
Work closely with office staff to advise them of property availability status.
Requirements
Self-starter, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, highly organized
Superior knowledge of general home maintenance and repairs
Strong written and oral communication skills
Dependable team player with outgoing personality
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver-s license - company vehicle is provided for use during working hours
