The On-boarding Manager provides leadership for all Managed Services implementations, acting as the primary operational point of contact from contractual concept, or assignment, through the successful transition to steady-state account management. The On-boarding Manager works in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager and is responsible for ensuring all operational components of the contract are established, including but not limited to billing, order management and technology services. The On-boarding Manager interfaces with all areas affected by the implementation including internal and external stakeholders and executive management, and ensures adherence to Ricoh processes and policies,.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall operational coordination of activities in order to implement, re establish, or
introduce steady-state operational practices that ensure the contractual adherence and SLA
compliance of assigned implementations
Reviews contract(s), Statement of Work, and operational requirements in order to determine time
frames, procedures, resource requirements, and allotment of available resources in order to accomplish
assigned projects
Oversight of Ricoh's on-boarding support processes (order management, billing, tech services,
enterprise services) in relation to customer expectation & satisfaction
Implementation of the Core Team processes - Account Charter creation, identification of participants
and their roles and responsibilities, and establishment of internal and external CAD
Develops key relationships with both internal and external customers
Participate in the creation and management of implementation plans for assigned accounts
Participate in Pre-Sales process to develop SLA creation and operational processes
Establish and identify applicable reporting packages based on customer requirements
Facilitate the resolution of issues as assigned to ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels
Creates tools and processes to deliver and measure contractual SLA's and required customer reporting
requirements
Comprehend, adhere to and comply with the Ricoh Methodology Framework and Roadmaps
Represent Customer Administration in stage gate
Clearly communicates and clarifies purpose, goals, and expectations in a way that positively influences
people and events
Coordinate efforts and set priorities with project team and management to meet project objectives. Leverage process improvement / project management concepts and tools to design, develop,
document and assist in implementing standard processes - including advanced concepts and
techniques were appropriate
Regularly review project metrics and time line to ensure appropriate progress, especially related longer-term projects / initiatives
Provide leadership for implementation of process changes by working with field operations teams - drive
change management and issue resolution related to functional process area of responsibility
Builds constructive and effective relationships; uses diplomacy and tact; truly values people; can defuse
even high-tension situations comfortably
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
5 - 7 years of experience working with major, national or global accounts
This job requires domestic travel up to 50% of working time
Requires a valid driver's license
3 years experience in process management or process improvement roles preferred.
